Return & Exchange Policy

1. Orders Purchased Under Offers or Promotions.

If your purchase was made under any offer, promotion, or deal (including Buy 1 Get 1), Returns/Refunds are NOT applicable. Exchange across products & categories are applicable, subject to stock availability. Kindly note, Refund will be processed if product is received in its original condition.
Full Refunds are applicable on purchases made on MRP.  Any discount already existing on the website does not guarantee a full refund. You may reach out to us to purchase products on MRP in case products are listed with any discount to avail refund. In case a coupon is used, Return/Refund is applicable on case to case basis.

Products purchased on any discounts. you may request an exchange only, subject to stock availability. Products purchased with regular discounts, exchange/return is applicable if product is in original condition. 

Refunds will be processed once the product is received at our facility & QC has been passed. 
Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days from the day of receipt of the returned product. 

For any Combo Offers, including Buy 1 Get 1 - Higher price will be billed. 


2. How Can I Return an Item?

We offer customers the opportunity to return or exchange items within 7 days after the shipment is delivered based on the following:

  • Returns can be made on all products when purchased without any offer, discount, promotions or sale. Returns/Refunds are applicable on items purchased on full MRP.

  • Exchange is applicable on all products/categories subject to stock availability when purchased on any offer, discount, promotions or sale.

  • To qualify for an exchange the product must be unused & in its original condition. 
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted on items that are on sale, promotions or offers, or purchased using any coupon code,
  • The process for return either will be initiated from our side & in case courier serviceability is unavailable for various reasons, the same would be requested from the buyers side to be sent to our facility. Once the return pick up is done for any product, it usually takes 10-12 days for it to be delivered to our facility. Once we receive the return product, the QC will be done & once passed, the customer will be informed for the same within 2-3 working days. In case of exchange, the replacement is shipped within 2-3 working days from the of receipt of the returned product. In case of Refunds. they are processed within 5-7 working days from the day of receipt of the returned product. 

3. Can Shoes That Have Been Worn Be Returned?

To qualify for a return/replacement, shoes must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and showing no signs of wear & tear.
Please try on your pair indoors and on a clean surface only.
All returns must include the original shoe box, packaging, and any accessories received with the order.


4. Can I Exchange an Item?

Yes, you can request an exchange in the following cases:

  • If you wish to get a different size, color, or item, please place a new order on our website and return the existing item to us. Once we receive your parcel, we’ll process your exchange within 3–5 working days. Or you can reach out to our customer support at hello@ethikonline.com or call/WhatsApp on +91-9119029119.

  • If you have received a wrong or defective product, you can reach out to our customer support at hello@ethikonline.com or call/WhatsApp on +91-9119029119. You can request an exchange for the same. Once your parcel reaches us, we’ll process the request  within 3–5 working days.

Note:

  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or discounts are non-refundable. Kindly note COD charges are non refundable.

  • For size issues, alternate sizes in the same product or different style can be provided, subject to availability.

  • The buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable.

  • Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box. Please ensure to repack it in a courier bag to ensure safety of the product. 

  • Knoskin Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any lost/misplaced returns. In case the issue arises with the courier company/aggregator, the same will be resolved on case to case basis. Knoskin Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible if images are not share while returning the product. 


5. Exchanges

Before placing an exchange request, please email us at hello@ethikonline.com to confirm the availability of the desired item.


6. Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at +91 9119029119 or email hello@ethikonline.com.
We provide 30days warranty for manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
Upon receiving your request, we will inspect the issue and offer the best possible solution on a case-by-case basis.


7. Canceling Orders

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order at hello@ethikonline.com

If an order has already been shipped and the customer wishes to cancel it due to reasons such as ordering the wrong size/product, placing the order by mistake, or concerns regarding delivery timelines (TAT), the refund will be processed only after the order is returned and received by us.
In such cases, applicable shipping and return shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
