3. Can Shoes That Have Been Worn Be Returned?
To qualify for a return, shoes must be in their original condition — unworn, undamaged, and showing no signs of wear & tear. Please try on your pair indoors and on a clean surface only. All returns must include the original shoe box, packaging, and any accessories received with the order.

If you wish to get a different size, color, or item, please place a new order on our website and return the existing item to us.
