How Can I Return an Item?
We give customers the opportunity to return or exchange items within 7 days after the shipment is delivered. Return can be done on items purchased on full MRP. Returns and refunds will not be accepted on items which are on discount, sale or any other offers.
Can Shoes that have been worn also be Returned?
To return shoes, they must be in their original condition, which means they must not show any signs of wear & tear. For this reason, please try on the shoes indoors and in a clean environment only. The shoes have to be returned along with the box packaging & other accessories accompanying your pair/pairs.

If you prefer to get a different color or a different item instead, please place a new order on our website and return the item(s) you have already received, back to us. Once your parcel reaches us, we aim to process the exchange within 7- 10 working days.

Knoskin Fashions Pvt. Ltd. strives for customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with an item, you may return or exchange the item in its original condition within a maximum of 7-10 days span with the receipt. All www.ethikonline.com orders are eligible for a full merchandise refund (MRP only), minus the price of shipping.
Please note: Items purchased during sales, offers, and discounts are non-refundable. However, for size issues alternate sizes in the same pair can be provided depending on stock availability. The buyer shall be responsible for any shipping fees involved with returns and shall not be reimbursed. Knoskin Fashions Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any lost returns. Do not use the shoe box as the shipping box.
Please note: The company will not accept any return requests, for products purchased during a sale at less than MRP.

Damaged + Defective Merchandise
If you receive a damaged or defective item from us, please inform us on +91 9119029119 or email us at email@example.com. Upon receiving your request we will help you exchange or return the item. We also provide a 3 month warranty for manufacturing defects. Please do not hesitate to contact us in case of a manufacturing defect within 3 months of the purchase date. We will examine the issues & provide the best possible solution, on a case to case basis.
